One monthly fee per person

No setup fee, no placement fee, no percentage of anything. You pay a single monthly amount for each person working with you, and it covers everything we do.

A senior developer, two ways

One role, one source, one number.

The US median software developer salary is $133,080, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. A senior developer through us is $40,320 a year, roughly 70 percent less, and that is before you count benefits, equipment, recruiting fees and the cost of the months you spend hiring.

Included

What the fee covers

Everything from the first search to the last review call.

  • The professional’s full compensation.

We pay them. You never handle it.

  • Sourcing and vetting.

A structured assessment built for the role, a review of every submission, a screening call, reference checks and an English evaluation. Technical candidates are also assessed by a working senior engineer.

  • Contracts and compliance.

Wyoming-governed agreement, IP assignment, confidentiality, all executed before anyone starts.

  • Account management for the life of the engagement.

A kickoff call, a check-in in week two, reviews at month one and month three, then quarterly, and one named contact throughout.

  • Replacement, with no time limit.

If it does not work out at any point, we replace them at no cost, and you stop paying from the day they leave until the replacement starts.

Not included

What it does not cover

The things you still provide, said plainly.

  • Software and tool licences.

Anything they need access to on your side is yours to provide.

  • Equipment.

They work on their own machines, on their own connection.

  • Scope and direction.

You define the work and the outcomes. We are not a managed agency delivering a project.

  • Unplanned absence, up to three business days a month.

The fee is not prorated for short interruptions, the same way a salary is not. Beyond three days in a month you get a pro-rated credit.

FAQ

Frequent questions

What people ask once they have seen the numbers.

  • Because it is a different thing. On a marketplace you get a person and a payment rail, and the rest is yours: the vetting, the contract, the IP assignment, the chasing when someone goes quiet. Here the person is dedicated to you alone, we carry the contract and the compliance, and if it fails we replace them. The gap in price is the gap in what happens when something goes wrong.

  • We can adjust fees with thirty days written notice, which is in the agreement. You would have a full month to decide whether to continue.

  • Tell us. Thirty days notice ends an engagement cleanly and you can start a new one later. We cannot hold a specific person during a pause, because they will take other work.

  • No. Fees stop the day the outgoing person stops and start again when the replacement does.
